ok, so last night i got a speeding ticket going over the walt whitman bridge in Philly. So the cop said i was doing 75 in a 45 and just handed me a ticket. I know for a fact i was not doing 75 and also its checked on the ticket that it was a pace.

I know there a lot of errors in pacing and that it is easier to fight than radar. Could i use this in my defense?

One thing that stood out in my head is that he said paced me in PA right as i went onto the bridge, but then pulled me over in NJ and issued me a NJ summons for speeding. Is there anyway to fight this? like maybe having it reissued as a PA summons? or anything like that?

I know this is a hefty ticket and i don't want to get fucked royally. Im a good driver, haven't gotten a points ticket in roughly 3 years. been commuting to work everyday for the last 1.75 years. about 75 miles a day, so im on the road a lot. Im not some teenager with the need for speed, i was just in the wrong place at the wrong time.

Any advice would be appreciate. Im waiting to see how much it is going to cost. I know its 5 points because its 30 over apparently, but i know something is fishy with him using the pace method and issuing me the ticket. Any advice at all on how to have this knocked down or dealth with correctly would be awesome. thanks guys and girls.
