Hey all,
I got this '88 323 GT about a month and a half ago, now I've got a sweet little daily driver for when my RX-7 is out of service. Got a few mods and it goes pretty good considering the size of the engine. Under the hood needs some freshening up but other than that it's in great shape! Let me know what ya think.

Nah, GT's were FWD.

That's the man! It was yellow with a bunch of shop stickers on it.

Yeah, when he bought it, it was (kind of) black! The paint was terrible, so he touched it up with flat black spray paint, for the ultimate stealth commuter car! Later, he totally un-stealthed it with the yellow/stickers setup you're talking about. Frankly, I kind of liked it better in BBQ black!
Bwalt: Welcome to the forum, BTW! Sweet little machine you have there! My folks had an '88 or '89 323 sedan when I was in HS, not the turbo, in an automatic, but I still remember that car being reasonably quick. I can only imagine how much fun a manual-tranny, turbo'ed version must be!
Those cars had the most astonishingly deep trunk, too! :D

nice find
I bought one of these new in 89. I loved it except I wished it had a limited slip... i found the wheel torque very extreme.
I always on the look out for a 323GTX... I think that might be my next winter beater.

Good find...welcome to the 323GT club.
There're a couple other guys on here with GTs. Since the other site got shut down there isn't anyplace else for us to show our rides.
Here's mine.......I just got the engine rebuilt (new valves and rings) so I'm trying to take it easy until it's broken in.

Like antlid said, theres a few of us around, and lucky to have them. You have a great looking GT. Mines the same color, but the clearcoat is dissappearing which is common on these cars. Heres mine.
