exhaust leak & turbo hose leaking oil

So I had an alignment done on my car and, while I was sitting in the waiting room, I couldn't help but overhear my car being revved... (vibrant tbe w/silencer isn't especially loud but... loud enough) naturally this pissed me off so I went back there to see why my car had to be revved in order to perform an alignment. As I was about to give them shit... one of the guys came up to me and said I have an 'exhaust leak' and the 'hose going to the turbo is leaking oil'. He was actually a pretty cool dude so I didn't give him a hard time... even though I was still a bit PO'ed. But he seemed to know his shit and gave me a much needed heads up.

So I've got an appt with my mechanic tomorrow to get this looked at... Does anyone have any insight on this subject? I don't want to get hosed... This guy also installed my exhaust a couple months ago so, if there is a leak... could that be due to a poor install job or is that unrelated?
