does it come on at different times than the drivers or are they supposed to come on at the same time every time? thanks for any help you guys can give me.

ok did a test: old fan works when hooked up to batt, but the new one doesn't(got it from overnitautoparts.com) also both don't come on when the other fan is on. anyone have a clue to what the prob might be? i checked all fuses, they are fine.can't think of anything else.
