so Im looking through part #s for plugs since Im doing mine shortly and I found a plug from NGK that is supposed to be "superior" but didnt see that anyone here has had any experience with it.

So heres what Im looking @

NGK V-Power : ZFR6F-11 (what seems to be the norm here
NGK G-Power : ZFR6FGP (supposed to be better but I didnt find any other info)

Also debating the Denso IK20's - the NGKs are readily avail. where as the densos Id have to order. Both are good plugs so Im not stressed over the choice between denso and NGK. Im just curious to know why the G-Power is "better". Thinkin if I can find em I might just give them a try.

Whats so special about the G? You can't go wrong with the tried and proven parts, if everyone is running them it''s because it works.

I have no idea whats "special" about them. They are supposedly an improvement over the V-power and I wasnt sure if anyone knew anything about them.

if you boost over stock you might wanna lose the "-11" at the end.. that "-11" is for a gap of .044 ....which is too much.

why not just re-gap the plugs? i bought the ZFR6F-11's and gapped them to the factory spec (.28 - .31). no big deal.

even if youre boosting stock you should regap the plugs...

lol Im not worried about too large a gap as its not serious to regap. Im more worried about the quality of the plug.

yeah Im not worried about the gap on the plug - I already knew Id have to regap them if they are at 1.1mm

Im not even gonna mess with the G-power if no ones used them. I was just curious - figured Id get a quick response. I figure I cant go wrong either way but the V-power are a little cheaper.
