Oil change with Syn...

hey guys, last time i changed my oil i used Quaker State Horse power full synthetic oil and that was about 3,200 miles ago...I have a 2003 LX 2.0L with 53,200 miles. I know syn oil lasts longer then conventional but any ideas when it should be changed 4,000 mark? 3,500? thanks

i have mobil 1 5 30, i change it the every 3 months, i see no reason why not
