Did you notice all the lag everyone say's you get with a FMIC over a SMIC.

Glad to see you went with a FMIC over the SMIC, you'll be happier in the long run.

lol no lag it pulls alot harder now than with out it, and really in the high rpms it made the pull long and smooth! i call BS on all the lag.

any particular reason you went with the corksport core??

i got the pipes from rich, and i needed a core so i got the same size core that the kit came with but i ordered a new one from corksport cause rich keep his thumper core and sold me the pipes.

gotcha. Personally, i feel like my setup may have caused a little lag. Not much difference though, and it pulls much better up top. (i've got the MAM setup).

did you go with a boostsciences RDV like the mental addiction kit comes with, or something else??

i have the stock one, i just got the pipes with the new core and one slim line fan.

do you still have compressor surge/turkey?? I don't with my setup, and i've always been curious how much of that has to do with the upgraded BPV and how much is to do with the inlet/outlet bungs on the piping simply being bigger.

its not real bad i wouldnt say, but you can still hear it. still at stock boost though.

The dimensions are on Corksprts Website HERE (http://corksport.com/store/category/66ax/MSP.html)

It states thew IC is 24x6x3.5'' and is priced at $260 by itself.

it is a nice core though, you have to drill and tap places for your brackets to go. i didnt really like that but it is a awesome core.

thats the same size as the core that came with the MAM kit anyway. I can't remember which brand it was ((doh)), but the core that mental addiction used was really nice too. I'm curious though, was it hard to make things line up?? Because it looks like your end tanks are on the bottom whereas the MAM core had the endtanks in the middle... i know it was a bitch getting the bumper back on even with the core the kit was designed for, i imagine it was even harder with a slightly different setup.
