Does anyone here who has installed rota wheels on their protege wear their rota center cap? I don't really like mine but I pried off the rota logo and it was just straight gold (like my rim) I thought it looked better that way.

When I actually went to put it on, it doesn't fit in the rear because of that rear bolt that juts out in the center of the rim. It automatically pops out and the cap isn't deep enough to accommodate that rear center bolt that sticks out.

Anyway my question is, does anyone else have this problem, and where can I get replacement caps (doesn't even need to be rota just generic kinds) that would be a little deeper that could accomodate those two rear center bolts that stick out.

I bought these universal caps on ebay for my Rotas and added the carbon-look emblems. I don't see them at the moment on ebay. There is another version similar to this with a hex nut look. Do a search on "tuner center caps". I also think the Rota carbon fiber caps are deeper and should fit your wheel.

Do you know if all Rota wheel caps are the same size (diameter) or the size of the universal caps so I know exactly which cap to look for.

Look here...

According to that link, the Rota CF caps will fit your Boost wheels. Otherwise, just measure the opening for a universal cap. I believe it was 2 1/2", but don't quote me on that.

68mm caps are what you need

If you purchased the wheels from us just email us proof of purchase and I will send you a set of caps that will go over your axle nut at no charge :)

Which center caps are the correct ones that fit our cars properly in the rear? The Daytonas? I have Slipstreams that have the same problem.

You need the GT3 or P45 caps to fit the rear axle nut
