View Full Version : Super Unique?
I think we all understand that the MS3 needs at least premium fuel. But what's this "super unique" comment all about inside my fuel door? Lol, is this something lost in translation from Japanese?

they just mis-spelled eunuch. it's easy to find out for sure. just look under your car for balls. if it doesn't have them, you know it's a eunuch. since our cars are so fast and cool, it is automatically upgraded to super eunuch.

there is a lot going on in there too! I keep trying to hang it on different things thinking that I am missing something.

I got tired of having the cap dangling and banging into my nicely waxed paint job. What I did was to cut off the umbelical cord. You can pull the tab/clip/whatever end off the door without hurting it, too.
And thanks for pointing out that it's French, Rotus8.

Yes i've tried many times to hang it on one of those metal pieces inside the fuel hatch but it just keep falling down and smacking into the side of the car...Is there a spot to hang this if you upgrade to the satain silver door sold by mazda? I never thought i'd want to pay 75$ for a fuel door, and if that's mazdas way of saying "hey, by this aftermarket fuel door and you can finally rest your cap" it's one pathetic excuse to upgrade...

Wow, it's nice to know that I'm not the only one who looked at his filler door and tried to find a place to hang the cap so it doesn't dangle on the paint . . .
As for the "Super Unique" . . . it makes sense, but it must be some Japanese french, as it should be something like "Essence Super seulement"(or something like that), but I digress . . .
Thanks Rotus8 for the picture . . . I went to my car and tried it just now and it works like a charm.

I have a Speed6 and the umbilical cord is longer. It allows for the cord to rest on the far right hanger. I am thinking about getting a Speed6 leash for the 3 and trying it out. I will let you all know if it works.

That pic above is perfect. It even seems like there is a magnet in the cap that helps hold it in the door. I have never had a problem hanging my cap like that. Once you know it is there it is actually a great design.
