MSP and FS motor?..

so when i pulled out my motor i found out that i have some electric valves were broken..and well i have a spare 2002 FS engine, so i pulled the valves off that engine and replace mine..
can i mismatch parts?...they dont have the same part numbers but they look alike..so do you think theres a problem?, you think the ECU will know that i dont have msp valves..

i think there the same, because the engines are identical
