Is it open at the end? Is there another nipple for a hose? Need a little more info, I may be able to help.

A vacuum line comes from the abv solenoid, goes to a tee, then goes to that white thing. vacuum leaks from the other end of it. Right now I have it plugged, if you look back at the pics you can see a bit of electrical tape. I get over 30 mpg's on the highway even before I plugged it and no cel.

ok. Is there any other hosses hanging around that arent plugged into anything? Is there an open nipple on the intake mani for throttle body? Sounds like it should be going back into the intake system somewhere.

most vaccum leaks on the s motors is under the upper intake by 3 vaccum tees. they will fall aprt from the heat and leak. there are 3 of them. remove the upper intake and replace the tees and the gaskets and all leaks should be fixed!!!

No leaks there, just at the item in the picture.

First thing I checked, then that was the first thing a buddy checked , then the Mazda mechanic also checked. No open hoses or nipples in that area. I have checked a few other millies, but not a "95. I am sure it is supposed to go somewhere??
