My friend told me that one of the many corvette models will do a 1.97s 0-60. That is crazy for a RWD car with that much power

843 ft. lbs; that thing is probably downright scary to drive! Sweet!

i know how it drives in forza 2.
its undriveable around a track. way to much torque.

I would be afraid to drive that thing hard. You can break the end loose at any speed just with a simple downshift. WOT = wreck.... This car is for professional drivers only. And I have no problem admitting, that isn't me.

yea i i think that was an older ligenfelter one that they threw drag slicks on and took to a track, so yea it could do that but it was kinda cheating lol

Taking a car with that much power without slicks to a track is a travesty so not cheating :P

lol. I do the same thing. If i had a nickel for every time i've used Forza to judge a car's performance, i would be able to buy a new car.

I hope you were kidding dude... Faster than your neurons... No... not even close.
And no... you won't black out. You are only pulling 1.38 g's for that level of acceleration. That would be fun, but hardly enough to cause a black out. Common roller coasters put stresses of 2-3 G's on riders lasting about 2 - 6 seconds.

LOL, Of course I was kidding. My wife experiences that on her Mazda5 every morning at stop lights. Unofficial, but she says she could pass Air Force or NASA G-Tolerance tests with no probs ;) (we just adjusted the driver's seat a little)

This would be a good Nightrider. Imagine trying to drive that up in the back of a Semi Truck.

Ha! nice picture... I just don't like laying back in my seat. I guess it just me. I would rather have the ability to look around quickly. I have seen guys driving around practically laying down! Crazy.

you cant think of another 2000 pound car that might be more deserving of this swap?? Possibly one that already has a solid chasis and rwd. Stick that thing in an old rx7, much more reasonable IMO.
Or if it were me, I'd be after an old stingray shell to stick this thing into. putting it in a civic just seems wrong to me (almost as bad as the LS1 mustang i saw...)

Very cool! (2thumbs)
I've always believed that one of the best "bang for the buck" options for extreme automotive performance has been Lingenfelter prepped & turboed vettes...Those machines are incredible without costing an incredible amount...Not cheap but certainly an awesome value!
But now that I'm so fond of the Cosmo...I might shoot for a similar level of performance...Of course it will take EONS and tons of dough but...what the hell...you only live once! (laugh)
