Is it possible to get a single brake line, just noticed today that my Driver side read brake line is frayed pretty bad(boom07). Its looks like it had been rubbing against the body of the car.

I'm not sure, I haven't had to do so. Try calling Goodridge maybe? I'm sure they can work something out for you

Sent an email to them, I'll gonna try to call them tomorrow though.

cool deal. Definitely report back as I'm curious if you can piece meal one of these together, or if you'd have to get them all.
