i use black magic rim cleaner and then scrub the shit out of it.

honestly, i suggest leaving it there. otherwise, you'll be cleaning it every day...=/ the soot is normal because our cars run rich when boosting to protect themselves from long term wear. don't worry about it and just let it be...=d
