Changing the ECU

Guys I wanna ask if i could change the ECU of my CX-9 ?

It causing me troubles that i can't stand any longer... The 75mph beep sound is killing me and the fact that i can't drive over 100mph !!

So Is there a way to buy a new ECU ?

Yaa I know that some one will be confused...
beep sound occur when going over 75 mph, that is only on Middle East, CX-9..

That Question is can I replace the existing ECU to lift all these annoying limitations ??

is there a place to buy a new ECU ?
