MS3 TWM sts

I have just ordered a twm sts. I've been reading on the forums and some people were commenting that they were experiencing problems with the stock boot. Has anyone encountered a problem and if so how have you fixed it?

I took some 3M fiberglass tape and lined the back of the seams with it. It has very high abrasion resistance, and can be found at any industrial supply warehouse such as McMaster Carr or Grainger.

It is going on three weeks since I installed it. I'm going to chech it this weekend and see how its holding up.

My boot is just as it was stock. I did nothing to it. Works fine.
