CX-9 Remote Start - after market

Has anyone installed or had someone install a aftermarket remote start or alarm on a CX-9 with the proximity Keys (ie the credit card looking keys)?

My installer can not get the lock/unlock to work. Any help would be appreciated.

i have a 2008 cx-9 and just install an alrm with autostarter. working just find.

It's working fine if it is factory remote start.

I would just stick with the Mazda unit....
