The tires will fit fine. It's the offset you have to be concerned about. The stock offset is 52.5, those are 38. Your tires will be dragging on the fenders, especially if you have your car lowered.

i ahve question does offset 40 with 18x8 rim will work?? car is not lowered...it gona be closer tot he fenders or shocks??positive offset

40mm offset will be 12.5mm closer to the fender. Going wider on the wheels (is stock 18x7?) will also push it closer to both the fender and the shock.

I'm pretty sure stock MS3 wheels are 18x7, so going to an 18x8 +40 will put your tire about an inch closer to the fender. Stick your hand in between your tire and fender. Do you have an inch to spare?

Why would you choose that offset? It will look like a rollerskate!
