ok, since a boulder hit the painted part right around my foglights, i've been thinking about how that part would look painted satin black like my emblems. one of the guys on here painted his grille with satin black and it looks really good. it got me thinking about painting this part around the fogs as an alternative to touch up paint or respraying, plus i think it would look good. i guess we'll find out... someone wanna photoshop this for me? :)
sorry for the double post. also, if someone has a better picture of the front of a sunlight silver, you can use that to show both of the fog lights. and i just ordered yellow foglight film so you could photoshop that in too if you're feeling frisky. :)

hmm... it does look inda blah... BUT i think it will look better since i'll have the front grill and emblem painted as well. shop it? i'm also doing the wheels in bronze.
thanks erik84. :)
so does anyone want to do one with the front grille/emblem painted, fog lights black w/ yellow overlays and bronze wheels? :)

Might need a better picture to try it on. Area is too dark in that pic, need more light. IMO, might look a bit odd, like a true floating fog light in a big black area. Enough black on the front already if you ask me, with that big strip above the lower grill. If you painted that black plastic body color, then I think it would all blend in really well.

i just want to see what it looks like. it's either that, get the bumper, fender and door painted or just leave it as it is... :/

yeah. real bad.
it's sad how i take care NOT to get chips in the paint but something out of my control always happens.
boulder hit's fog light.
dealer puts too chips on the edge of the fender/hood seam. (it's an obvious thing that technicians do. it left two small marks right next to each other)
they offered to fix it, but of course they denied it. "i think that if it were a wrench or something, it would've left a bigger impact"
it bugs me SOOOOO bad how he denies it when it's so obviously something that they did! (argh)
