But I'm not a fan of the Forge sound.
How does the TurboXS unit compare? Don't read about to many people with that unit.

Is there a benefit to VTA or hybrid over straight recirculating other than the BOV sound?

Any other suggestions for an upgraded valve are welcome.

Thanks!

im vta with turboxs rfl, ITS AWSOME!!!. but I have the standback so I tune out the poping and backfireing. If you don't have the standback you can go vta but youll get a lot of poping out the tail pipe wich will eventually screw your catalitic coverters up.

When I was shopping for BPV/BOV, I was looking at the TurboXS Hybrid and the HKS SSQV. After taking to a couple of vendors, they said even with the hybrid you still get drivablility issues...

Best BOV/BPV currently is BPV (recirculation)...until you can tune for VTA...
Though, VTA is only for sound... There is no performance gain...actually, BPV (recirculation) gives you the best performance since it plumbs back cool charged air back into the turbo increasing your shift/boost performance.

the air is 275 degrees when it exits the turbo, you sure its freezing cold when it enters the recuric???

Not freezing cold (come on:rolleyes:) but cooler than the air exiting the turbo outlet...since its been cooled by the intercooler...

Maybe 90-105 f ? agree about performance though. prefer recirc.
