Another Happy Owner!

Hi everyone, I've been lurking for a while learning a few things about upgrades, where to find turbo badges and the like, and I figured I'd finally make it official. My CX-7 is my fifth Mazda and I love it. No problems, great mileage and a look that turns heads, especially in a small Carolina town still full of rear wheel drive sedans and big pick-ups.

I traded my 06 Charger for my 07 liquid platinum CX-7 a few months ago, and now have almost 10,000 flawless miles on it. Since driving it off the lot I've added a modest tint to the front windows, installed Sirius radio, the fog light kit and an Acura turbo badge. I'm trying to figure out where to go next; probably some tasteful new wheels and tires and perhaps a subtle but attractive grille.

I'm looking forward to becoming a slightly more active part of a very informative community.

go to your local honda/acura dealer most people get the badge off a RDX its font and size blend well with the CX7 logo they like 15 bucks tops

Welcome!! CX 7 looks great! My 3rd Mazda myself...Protege5, RX 8 and now CX 7! Have fun customizing yours! I did a few things myself (turbo badge,pinstripe,fog light trim,shark fin, dash kit, grille and zoom zoom brakelight cover)and would love some nice chrome 5 star rims and some piano black b pillars and the cool CX 7 door strips(or whatever they are called) but cash is low so none of that for a long time! ENJOY THE RIDE!!

To answer the questions, I got the Sirius installed at the dealership, I don't remember what I paid but it was a few hundred bucks. Don't remember specifically...

I got my Turbo badge on EBay, I did a search for "turbo badge" and Acura of Peoria popped up; I bought two of them brand new for like fifteen bucks. I put one on my CX7 and my parents just bought a CX7 too, so I'm going to put on on theirs. I'm sure they'll be thrilled. ;)

I'm open to suggestions on which wheels would be good for the CX7. I was dead-set on the ASA JS8's or whatever, black with a machined silver lip, and then I saw some guy's CX in here with some really nice five-spoke gunmetal wheels and now I'm considering other options.

Any ideas on the grille? Where should I look?
