Here are some that I found on my computer, look at the Mani, it almost looks like a 626. The motor could have been from the very bottom of the build.

Does anyone know if someone makes a front lip like the ones on these cars.
Maybe not as big. But, something like that. The DG ones are to much I believe they tend to cover to much.
I am looking for something to replace my factory wind splitter.

For the record all you silly race teams copied that hood paint job off me! I had it on 3rd gen Protege's before all ya'll!!!

My poor car...
Love the racing Protege's though. If i still had mine, it would have been turned into something as badass looking as those, just with a Sport20 bumper!

Jeff, any idea what kind of power those were putting out?
Last I heard they were around 225WHP that was a while back though. For the Proteges anyways.

I'm almost positive the proteges were somewhere in the 265-275hp range.. Cause I remember reading a magazine with the HP specs and I was thinking to myself the 2.0L protege only has 10hp less than the BMW's who were around 285hp.

Excerpts from Car & Driver June 2003:
http://www.caranddriver.com/reviews/hot_lists/high_performance/motorsports/tv_s_touring_terrors_sport__1/tri_point_motorsports_mazda_protege_es_sport+type-reviews_by_make+mode-collection+id-233.html
Tri-Point Motorsports Mazda Protegé ES
...Claimed output of the motor is 240 horsepower at 7800 rpm, and it sells for a subsidized price of $18,000. We say subsidized because Mazda basically funded the lengthy and expensive motor development (the Protegés raced for two years before ever winning).
...Last year, Protegés won three times—it's an ad guy's dream. Regardless of the Protegé's claimed power output, everyone in the World Challenge paddock seems to think the Protegé has the most powerful engine. It certainly felt that way. It's high-strung, with a narrow power band that comes alive at 6000 rpm, pulls urgently to the 8000-rpm redline, and didn't seem to like part-throttle operation. It felt like what it is—a racing motor.
...It was, however, the baddest Protegé we've ever driven.
