my guess 200-300 depends on the shop and their labor rate

Is it easy? i know taking off the o2 sensor is a pain. I dont have an air gun or nothing just a basic hand tool set with a few extra pieces.

PBblaster and PATIENCE for the 02 sensors. rent the 02 socket from autozone if you don't have one, and return it when you're done.

No air tools needed. Patience is the main theing you'll need though... :D

follow corksport's instructions and the O2 is easy to get off. I used pb blaster instead tho

I haven't heard of anyone else having this problem....but I'm stuck with my install right now. One of the 10mm bolts on the back of the stock DP (heatshield) would not come loose and the head just rounded off...soo I have to cut it off or drill it off or something. Maybe I just suck but that's been my biggest difficulty lol.

Mine nearly did the same. I just pb blaster it, waited about 10 mins, then actually turned my socket to tighten, but some pressure on it, then tried again to loosten it. Seemed to work and it made a loud pop when it finally busted loose. That sucker was ON there. The hardest bolts for me were not the sensors, but the DP to turbo housing bolts. Propaply more than anything because of the limited space.

Carefully grind two flats back on it then soak the hell out of it with your favorite penetrating oil. I would much rather do what it takes to get that bolt out in one piece than try to drill out the remnants if you cut off the head.

I never want to take off my manifold again. The bolts are in REALLY bad locations, hard to get to. MAM had a good design... for the most part, but the bolt locations could have been a wee bit better.

I'd try to do it yourself if you can. Rent the tools like they said, if needed. Just make sure you don't end up in a situation where you're stuck at home because you couldn't get the car back in one piece.

Not sure what your emissions laws are like but in Cali not a single shop will install a downpipe. I was sold by one show...."it's like doing drugs in a school zone in CA". I say do it your self, cheaper and your can proudly say the car is 100% built by you.
