Blind Spot Monitoring

Is anyone aware of the ability to add the blind spot monitoring as a dealer or aftermarket accessory?

Even if possible, I would guess the cost would be very high.
- two radars in the rear bumper
- two side mirrors with yellow LED lights
- a switch on the lower-left panel
- a beeper when signal stoke is activated when object detected
- finally, a unit to coodinate all the above.

My short answer is "I don't think so." But I could be wrong.
