exhaust manifold??

hey for all you gusy with the upgraded manifolds, how are the gains? worth it? i havent heard much about these? 30 hp claims?

I agree 100% its impossible to help anyone with anything unless they explain exactly what they have and whats going on

although for this thread in particular, I imagine the OP is looking more in general, and there are other threads on this topic where a lot of ?? have already been answered. I know theres one in the PG sponsor section

i still love my manifold. it has made it through a nasty cold winter, and held up perfect through all the hot/cold cycles. the gains are also very noticable.
i remember when i left PG afterhaving it installed, it was raining and the car was all over the place. the turbo just wants to go ! spool up is much improved over stock. at one point i had a full TBE on my car. i feel that the manifold by itself made more power than the full exhaust. on a car that has a full exhaust, it would be crazy !
