My cx9 that was bought oct 2007 has been in 5 times for the driverside rearview mirror vibrating as well as the car pulling to the left. They have put 4 new mirrors on with none of them getting rid of the vibration. They have done the service recal on it each time it has been in. When I pick it back up the car still pulls badly to the left. I just picked it up last week after being in the shop for a week. They tried to fix it at least 3 times in that week. When the service manager would test drive it he found it continued to pull left. He finally called me and said there is nothing else we can do come get your car. He said someone from Mazda tech would be in the area in early march and he would look at my car. I decided to call mazda headquarters to invoke the lemon law on this thing. They are in contact with the dealer to see about what to do. Has anyone else had this experience?

There's an expressed fix for the pulling... they should be able to fix that... the mirrors is a common issue that there is no fix... so they waisted time replacing the mirrors ...

Why not try another dealer? Sounds like yours in incompetent.
You didn't get a lemon. Your dealer is just a schmuck.

My car was also pull to the left quite a bit. It did get a fix (although maybe not 100%) but it still very slightly pull to the left which for me is acceptable.
Basically they just needed to do the appropriate allignment to the car.
Get a different dealership, sounds like your dealership is incompetent.

My car has been in for allignment at 3 times. The drifting left seems to be improved, but the car is now overly sensitive to road undulations which makes the car pull heavily to either side at slow speeds. The dealer says that the allignment is perfect, but having to fight the steeringconstantly seems so wrong.

When I took my CX-9 in for it's 12k oil change, I asked the service manager if the steering should have "bump steer" and some slight pulling when I go over road irregularities. I'd been told that this can happen with cars that have wider than normal tires. He said he didn't think it should be that noticable and said they'd check the alignment. He said they found the alignment to be a little "out", so they aligned it and rotated the tires at the same time. It steers much better now...
