Has anyone ever seen the version with the red stripe around the rim? How close to "True Red" is the color? The striped version is more of a flat black than a hyperblack, which is what I want as I am not into polishing wheels. Plus, I think the red ring would look pretty sharp in motion on a red car.
I'm just concerned that if the reds are too different it will look really horrid when parked.

It's a very true red, like ferrari red.

The striped version is a flat black, which is why its called Flat Black with Red Lip.

Thank you for the response. When I mentioned "True Red", I was referring specifically to the Mazda color of that name. Colors have temperatures, and True Red is an orange shifted red. If the rim's red is blue shifted, then they might not look right together. I suppose I'll just have to take the chance. I guess I can always get the stripe repainted if it bothers me that much.
As soon as that tax check comes back I'll be calling in an order.

i've seen a couple pictures of them floating around

The mazda forum prices are the same, but we include lugs and rings (if needed) for all forum members
