What TurboSmart controller is better?

Does it really matter? It is going in my glove box so I guess the only difference is running one hose to the motor or two?

I am asking because I know some MBC give spikes and some do not. I *THINK* the MS3 likes the regular boost T? Yes .....no.....Maybe???
