Hybrid BOV/BPV question

How does one set/adjust a hybrid BOV like the TurboXS for example ? Do they come from the supplier with boxed instructions/suggestions ?

All you have to do with the Hybrid is unscrew it and add some shims. Its very simple. When I bought my cobb SRI I went from 4 to 2 shims because I was hearing a flutter. The flutter was not noticable until I had the intake though.
