Anyone know what causes the glove box to rattle?
There's nothing in it that would cause that sound...
It only started a few days ago and it's driving me crazy!
(I did a search but couldn't find anything...)

Im having the same problem. I noticed that it happens when its cold within the car less than 40F. Ive tried to take everything out of the glove box but it doesnt help.

Yup..sme freaking problem..driving me NUTS, and my seatbelts are making crazy rattling noises as well.
The glovebox, it is in the closing/lock mechanism. Just havn't had tiome to actually attempt fixing it. Same with the seatbelts. I believe it is coming from the nut that holds the seatbelt clippy thing in place beside the seat.

I had the same problem with the seat belt. I simply squirted some WD-40 on the bolt that holds the locking mechanism in place. Its been a year and the creeking hasnt come back.

Nope its the latch. Just thought I would throw that in there. All you need is some of the sticky back thin foam and it will take care of it!
