MY 99 protégé's passenger and rear passenger floor are soaked. I have been reading up that it could be that the A/C drain plug is clogged....Can someone please let me know where I can find the A/c Drain Plug?

In your engine bay on, the lower left of the firewall you will see a little pipe or hose there that's it.You can blow it out with compressed air or stick a coathanger in there and unclogg it.

I would go with the A/C drain first.

i found the drain hole... i used the coat hanger method and it didn't appear to be clogged. i didn't wanna force it in and tear a hole in the hose...i checked my trunk and the left and right "pockets" had a inch and a half of water.. i cleaned and dried everything and put sealant on every crack i saw (including behind the taillight housing). is it possible for the water to be going from the trunk to the right rear and front floors causing them to get soaked??????

ANything is possibble.
If there was water there...then I would say that its our culprit..Its highly unlikely you have both problems going on at once.
My MSP used to get some water in the trunk..but never in the car.
Weird.

My 1990 protege had the rear window seal go bad... My pockets had water, I pulled the spare tire and water was in the tire well also. The tire well has a drain plug and I pulled it and also drilled the pockets.
But my carpet from the rear seat to under both seats were getting wet. I pulled carpet and seats and followed mold or whatever that slim was and it went up the rear pillars to below the rear glass. I had a glass company come out they pulled window cleaned and reseated with new sealant I also replaced the trunk seal and it was dry after that. No matter how much rain I got it stayed dry. And I live in Florida and we get wet allot.

Pull trim, seats, belts, console yank carpet. A little simple green, bucket scrub out car. Scrub carpet in driveway beings it's out and let them dry over the weekend. Put it all back in.
I found almost 10 bucks, pens, some fries and other crap. She liked the cleaning.
