Ok i have a 2000 with a 1.6. but i wanna drop a 2.0 in it what all would i need and i do wanna turbo it also. So if best which 2.0 is the turbo motor and what all will need changed over?

if you were to search around, youll realize that the 1.6 likes boost a bit more than the 2.0

theres only one 2.0 the fsde is the same across the boards internal wise. the msp and the na proteges have the same engine, minus the turbo, lines, pipes, and ecu.

+1. While the 2.0 will probably put out better numbers on a "mild" build (all stock internals, piggyback, conservative "street" boost) than the 1.6 (maybe 50 more), matching those numbers just takes a little tuning... and the money you save from not swapping could probably go to funding a 250-300 hp monster build.
