are there any fog lights that you can buy for a 2003 msp with out taking the front lip off the bumper if to where ?

generic ones you find online or at autozone etc. just make sure they're small enough and you can fit the bracket. or you can find some G3 brackets around here somewhere and put p5 fogs in i believe. basically you just gotta custom-fab a bracket so they sit in there, it's doable a lot of people have done it. somebody post up! bump.
