MPG / Euro edition

Guys, I've been getting around 12MPG city driving and 16MPG @ open driving, sounds crazy...got 1700km on it, 258hp manual...
Does is sound normal to you??

NO but, the vehicle will loosen up for about the first 4000 miles. I drive in Suburbia and am an easy driver. My average is 21.6 mpg in the USA.
