I was looking for this info and it was nowhere to be found.
I ordered the proper FS Engine Overhaul Manual and thought I would share.
These are the Clearances for the FS motor.
I am attaching them as they are large and easier to read that way.
I hope this helps someone out without them having to spend the $35 like I did.

Thanks, ForceFed!
Edit: I thought the rods for the FSDE were 132mm long? the doc you posted says 135.2mm center to center. are rod measured any other way besides center to center?

uh, why? I highly doubt mazda really gives a crap that the tolerance, clearance, and torque specs for the FS engine are posted on a mazda tuner community forum....this kind of information is the only way for many of us to repair our vehicles or get this stuff done

Seriously dude...I am not Violating anything by giving out a few pages of specs from a book I Bought.
Its not the whole manual....and even so.....Its not being re-produced so its not viloating anything being here on the forums.
Snapping pics just made it easier than re-typing the whole thing.
I guess we know who we wont help if they need any specs.
