Alot of people say that the Aris piston and pauter rod combo is the best. However, I know someone who built their motor with the weisco and k1 combo just fine and it totalled less than 3 grand for the entire build. I would say any one of them is going to be fine and you will save a lot of money with the weisco piston and k1 rod combo. How much boost are you planning on running?

I went with wiseco and K1, cant tell you how well they are doing as I should get my car back today. YAY!!!! But if you hold off a little while I will keep you updated after break-in. And this combo is crazy cheap, the guy putting them in was raving about the wiseco. And so was this old sales dude at the mazda dealership.

If I ever get around to building a motor for my car I'll be using the Wiseco/K1 package. I bought a set of K1s two years ago but sold them when I decided to hold off on building.
If you want the lightest rotating assembly possible, I would compare weights to see if the Arias/CP pistons and Pauter rods are any lighter.

How much are they charging you for the labor on the rebuild?
