On second thought, I would rather see any 15 or 16" Slipstream on a LOWERED protege... preferably with lower-profile tires so I can see if it looks goofy or not... Need something cheap but nice for Auto-x and shows only...

225/45-18's for me and I had to roll the rear fenders. To run 235's, I think you'd have to do some extreme rolling.

It has nothing to do with the diameter of the wheel, its about offset, width, and tire size.

tarmac 2 comes in a 17, but not the tarmac 3

They are not available in Mazda fitment

BTW, my rear end still need to be dropped 2". Only have front on S-techs. Broke a D-Spec Strut but I will have leveled on Monday.

Anyone have GR-A (Group A) in either charcoal grey, Full Royal Gunmetal, or Hyper Black on a Mazda3? I'm looking at rims for my Galaxy Grey sedan. I want something medium grey in color, not too black and not too silver.

12lbs is for the 15 inch wheel. I have the subzero 16's and they're pretty light at 14.5lbs. :)

Weight for subzeros: 15"-12lbs, 16"-14.5lbs, 17"-16.5lbs, 18"-19lbs

I love Rotas! I love almost every wheel they make, I really wanted to get some torques when I was wheel shopping, but they're really hard to get a hold of in Canada. I do love my wheels though.

The suspension is all stock. I will recommend to have the fenders rolled. My left rear tire made contact with the fender on a couple occasions. I will admit that the G-Forces look way better in a +30 offset. The spokes on the +48's are almost flush. I dont have many plans for it either besides these wheels. I have a mustang that is the current money pit.

Thanks man, really appreciate it. I am removing the wheels and having them powdercoated in January because the paint that come on them (hyperblack) is flaking right off the wheel and I've only had them since July. I am thinking of doing matte silver spokes with a hypersilver/extremely glossy silver/chrome lip. Should make them pop on the dark blue with all the black accents I have planned. :) When I do have them re-powdercoated, I am slapping and stretching on some bf goodrich kdw2's 215/40/18 so I can put my rear spacers back on with no rubbing issues. Might even bump out to a 10mm spacer.

Rota offers a full manufacturer warranty which covers defects in casting (extremely rare) and defects in the paint. What color wheels do you have?

Funny you say that. My 18" Rota SVN's in hyperblack chipped in a few places on the way home from getting them mounted. Over time the paint started fraying away in places and was literally flaking off. It's okay though, I had them stripped and powdercoated a version of Volk's Magnesium blue, with some extra flake/blue :D

Why yes I do! BTW, my powdercoater had a hell of a time stripping whatever you do the wheels with (whether its powdercoat or paint). He said it was a hassle, LOL! Anyways, here is a picture of my new setup :D
