Protege5 Cargo Net

I just wanted to make sure that when ordering this part, it comes with all the necessary components to hook into the 4 points in the back of the P5, as well as check to make sure PG has this part in stock.

I was confused a little because I read a couple threads mentioning that hooks were needed to attach the cargo net, but came separate, then realized the member was talking about the MP3. I was also curious if theres a specific reason for the price difference between the cargo net for the sedan vs the wagon.
