clutch replacement?

ok...so just when i think i'm going to get to either save some money, or pay something off, i wind up having to spend money. my clutch feels very funny. i'm not really sure what has happened to it, but it seems very weak. it's like the friction point is gone. guessing that i may be in need of a new clutch? if so, what clutch would be a good replacement? as of now, i have cai. want to get header and exhaust done soon as well, and suspension. no turbo. no huge horsepower to have to take into consideration.

also, how hard is the clutch to replace?
