On that note, any way to increase the length of the torque curve? The engine is just so peaky. Or should I just get used to driving something that revs a little faster than my '01 Focus SE? :-)

This is how it starts! Full torque comes on in 3000s. Try using more of lower rpm when shifting. its a much different power band than you might be used to. There are sooo many qualified people here who have prolly answered most ?s you'll have just search around. yea i still giggle a bit!
