If you want to wire up some custom lights from loose LEDs, TheLEDLight (http://www.theledlight.com) has a good selection of colors...

Cmon, the blue looks a bit too much at first, but I saw his car last night, and it looks SIIICK!
Im just going to stick with the ultra white in the cabin, red in the trunk, and im thinking about installing one in the engine bay for at night. I mean, it doesnt come with one, what kind of crap is that?

Jam_Asian,
I have tried searching the superbrightled.com website for those light numbers you have provided and I keep coming up with no search results. Do you have links to the lights you used for the interior of the car only?
Thanks!

Hes in class, so Ill help you. You have to search, LITERALLY through the site to find what you need. Its simple, just take your time, and look through the list. Some of the bulbs are located on the second page of the buy list.
What colours are you getting?

Going with Blue. I love the blue with my interior down near the shifter and would love to have that illuminated through my car. Also, I'm going to get my brakes powdercoated blue and would like them to almost match the color of the lights. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks Nortzide!

I was thinking about the red but then I thought it would just be an overkill cause the gauges are amber/red, the center console is the same, and man these blue led are bright !!! so imagine if there was red all over the interior, too much for my eyes lol

yea you'd have to see it in person to decide, but nortzidems3gt saw it so you could ask him for his opinion :D

Thanks a ton Jam_asian. I'm probably going to order up these bulbs tonight (I'm at work right now). I do have a question though. Did you use any other light covers after you installed the new bulbs? Or did you just take them off and leave them off?
Thanks again!

Nope, I just took off the covers and put them back when I changed the bulbs.

Anyone know on http://www.superbrightleds.com/cgi-bin/store/commerce.cgi?product=CAR
if they have the license plate ones, i see that a guy on ebay has 9 led license plate ones, that would finish your car off nice JAM Asian.
the rear ones 24.95??? and we need 2 but man i cant see @### thru my tint when backing up at night, those look way brighter then stocck, they as bright as they look, cause it looks sick.
Thanks for the part finding, got my cart loaded just need to know about the license plate or if we need 2 back up lights, im pretty sure we do.

I think there's probably 2 other options for the reverse light, cheaper too, but honestly the reverse lights only seem brighter, when I'm backing up I cant see crap through my 16% tints now, before with the stockers it was fine. I guess because the lights are not directed in on direction. But like you said, they're there to look good :D lol
As for the back up lights, it doesnt matter if you want to change them out or not, and for the license plate lights, I think you have to use TWO WLED-x5 LED Wide Angle LED bulbs (white)

What do you think the best way to make the Reverse Lights brighter for us dark tinted folks. Yeah they look brighter then stock but I wouldn't go lighter, I can't see out back when its dark worth @$%^&. Care 2 share your other ideas on Reverese lights? Like I said I'm looking for something really bright but not so much as too burn. Hmmm

I just installed the same blue lights as Jam_Asian. I gotta say it looks pretty sweet. Only took me about 10 minutes to install and is a very cheap mod. After shipping, total cost came to $26. I should also say, I bought an extra light of each just in case...I'll try to take some pictures tonight and post them for ya.

Are all of the LED replacements just plug and play? Or is there any kind of crazy wiring/converting needed? I am specifically interested in replacing the reverse lights, the license plate lights, and the interior dome lights (maybe more if I really like it).
Has any body gone behind the dash and replaced the cluster lights and/or the stereo/display lights? Is this even possible? If you've done it can you post pics please? Thanks in advance!

I'm pretty sure that there just PnP. For you guys who have replaced em, For purely functional reasons would you recommend the white? The colors are cool and all but a tad ricey for an old guy like me. (Not ragging on anyone, I think the blue looks cool as hell) Just think it might be anoying if your using maps and such while driving. Any thoughts?

yup you pretty much just pull them out and replace them with the leds, no wiring need, as for the dash and the clusters not too sure but I think I've seen it on another forum before and i think you need to solder the leds in for the cluster lighting

yea the blue lights look clue but functionally its blah lol,
go for whatever you want sir, (dance) if you want to get the white do it, you could just order 2 white leds for the map lights test them out and if you dont like them, then just put back the stockers, its only like 5 bucks and takes about 3 days to be shipped pending on where you're located

They change the bulbs to a very light blue hue. But seem to bring the class up a few notches in the inside. I have had a number of people that have been in my car say they like the look of the interior of the car. Even some of my non car friends.

I have had a number of customers tell me this. They have just enough blue tint to them to make them look like they could be factory and not so blue that it looks like you changed them out for the color only.

I have to enthusiastically agree with the Corksport LED kit. Replaces glove/dome/map/trunk/license plate lights. Easy PnP. Awesome lights! Compliments from almost everyone that sees them. They definitely give it a very clean high-end look to your car. I have them in my 07 3GT. LOVE THEM!!!
