View Full Version : Looking for a Mazda 6

Well ive been a v8 guy for the longest time... Well its time to grow up a "tiny" bit and look for something more practical. I use to get 10mpg on good days on the highway. But besides that... Im not looking to really go over 16000. V6 Auto and sunroof are the big things we're looking for. Certain years to stay away from? Any common problems I should check for. Also anywhere around Erie, PA 16504 that is a good place to look? I thank you all for checking out my post. Im sure ill be here for a long time buggin everyone. Thanks!! :)

Mazda 6 overall seems to be a reliable vehicle. I test drove a couple and they seem well screwed together. I figure if if it's got a clean carfax and clean maintenance history, you should be pretty happy. Sorry I Can't be of much help. Good luck.

Is there a mileage I should stay away from? I found a 05 with 78k on it listed at 13,995... V6 fully loaded

mileage seems a little on the high side. I wouldn't go over 40K personally.

I found one, ill pick her up this thursday. got a killer deal on it, even if the mileage was high, they gave me a decent amount on my trade. 5k more than anyone else!

Will do.. Its silver with pretty much blacked out windows. Very very clean..

If you think it's a good deal then go for it. I personally would try to find an '06 or newer, because they made a lot of improvements for '06.
