Is the perfect power smt-6 the same thing as the MPI Tuner??? As far as what ive heard and read it is but just wanna make sure. Also do you have to have the turbo module for it to work properly with an MSP???

yes it is the same thing and you do need it to make it work as well (the turbo module seems necessary based on what i've heard)
