MSP Fans Question

Hi I just purchased a set of MSP fans, and had a question as to whether this was a stock part of the MSP fan? It sits where the stock IC attaches to the radiator.

That looks like a trans cooler or something like that and the other part is an A/C line.

the circled part is NOT stock
one of the parts in the 2nd pic is the a/c hose, and the other is the turbo water feed pipe
