are fog lights on the 3 s standard?

hey,
i was wondering if all mazda 3 s comes with the fog lights on the bottom of the front bumper standard.

THose are the fog lights for the first model, they're different now, i guess it depends of your country. But mostly they come stock, even with the "economic" version of the 3
