Ok, so I am going to make a custom exhuast. It will be from the spipe back. Now to make the flange, I am going to trace the j pipe/spipe flange and use a cutting torch to make a new one out of mild steel. I know I should use stainless, but this is just for fun. After making the flange, I am going to go to an exhaust shop to bend some 3 inch piping into a bunch of 90 degree bends. I am not worried about mandrel or crush bent as again, this is just for fun. I will then come back and start measuring and cutting the bends and then use a mig welder to weld it all together. I will not be using a muffler, just a 4 inch tip. Hopefully this will be the sound that I want minus the drone that a straight through style muffler gives off. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

Even if it is for fun use a resonator and a good muffler. Believe me, the exhaust is fun until your ears start to hurt...

I liked running open midpipe, it was just too loud coming out right underneath the shifter so I got a custom exhaust made with a straight through muffler but it was way too drony. So i figured I would try this and see if it wouldnt drone that much

The drone is not caused by a straight through style muffler. You will have more drone without a muffler.

yea, i might get like 2 resonators because i like the sound the msp gives off without a muffler

No. You'll need new S-pipe studs if you keep it the way it is stock.
