this is evidence that tuning with the standback is profitable!

Very nice for just deleting one cat. What were the atmospherics like? I don't see any correction factors for temp/humidity.

very nice. how much boost? and considering drive train loss, that would be about 315-320whp on a 3... noice.

its a dyno, they are anything but accurate based on overall output. Go to the track and see where it traps.
If anything this is proof that all you need is a boost controller as the a/f ratios are still safe and i highly doubt he added fuel. Save your money, unless you want to be able to tell people, yea im using an ems as a boost controller(dunno)
also make sure to frequently check you a/f ratio as they will change with weather.

Personally i think its a great investment! These cars run very rich i changed the A/F quite a bit. also i did not even raise the boost from stock! i guess opionions are opions but you dont gain over 45hp just using the EMS as a boost control
So besides AFR changes, only timing was done? Nice!

I trapped 108 with a 2.1 60' what are my hp numbers in my MSP?
laloosh

a ms6 trapping 98 mph is probably only 250-260 max
As for the 108 car, if thats a ms6 your probably looking at over 330 if its a ms3, probably right around 300. if it a protege, 280? i dont know proteges

makes sense. 3600lbs car with 250whp going 98. you gotta work on those 60s though, aim for high 1.7s

BAD NEWS!!! i got one run in at the track and then my 3rd cylinder started misfiring. turns out i melted a spark plug. had to call it a night really early.
the one run i did get in i ran a 13.812 but i bogged down and my 60' was a horrible 2.4!

All I need to get to the track is to either lower my boost or upgrade fuel pump (to remove fuel cut), and strap my dif so I can get a decent launch.
My best 60' is a 1.9, ran a 13.68. Supposedly if I did a 1.7 I should have ran 13.3-ish.
Once I get my car tuned in-town at CFT, I hope to get around 350whp or so at 17psi.

If you melted a plug, that is NOT a good sign. You are running way to lean and you need fuel!
