wod do you remove rear seat and seatbelt covers

i am starting to put my stereo system in. I need to know how to remove the rear seat and how to remove the lower b piller covers below the seat belts.

Left up the rear seat from the front on each side. Basically right were the passengers sit on there is 1 clip on each side. You just pull up on the seat and the seat will come out.
