No Theft for Mazda

I was searching around looking at car theft and I bumped into a state to state Top ten most stolen vehicle list. To my surprise, there is not a single Mazda on the Top Ten list of any state as of 2004!

This is top ten in terms of number stolen, right? Not percentage stolen? Because I bet there's not a single Mazda on the top ten list in sales either. ;)
