Hey Guy's,
I found a set of rims I like for my car, but wanted to make sure the centerbore will work.

5x114.3 18x8.0 +48et centerbore 64.1

Tirerack has 18x8 with a +48 offset, but nothing listed for centerbore......

Any help is appreciated.

James

So is that a go or no go? Would 3mm make a big difference?

I looked into getting some rims that had a centerbore of 64.1 mm and the guy I talked to said it could be machined to 67.1 mm without compromising the strength of the wheel.

It could be, but does it have to be?

He led me to believe the centerbore needed to match up. Hopefully someone that knows definitively can answer.

no it wont fit, a 64.1mm hole wont fit over a 67.1mm object.

yes you can bore it out, no i personally wouldnt do it.
